When I grow up...

Today was Dress for Success Day. In honor of this day we read Oh the Places You'll Go by Dr. Seuss and we took time to share with our class what we want to be when we grow up.  We thought it would be fun to put your parents to the test!  So...can you find what your child said he or she wanted to be and why?  Check back tomorrow to see the answers revealed!

#1 When I grow up I want to be an art teacher because I like making pictures.

#2 When I grow up I want to be a ballerina because I like to dance.

#3 When I grow up I want to be a doctor because I like to see cute babies.

#4 When I grow up I want to be a teacher because I like Mrs. Wanke and I want to be a teacher like her.

#5 When I grow up I want to be a vet because my cat goes there.

#6 When I grow up I want to be a basketball player because I have played for 4 years.

#7 When I grow up I want to be someone who does pest control because my dad owns it.

#8 When I grow up I want to be a hockey player because I am good at it.

#9 When I grow up I want to be a dirt bike rider because I like riding.

#10 When I grow up I want to be a basketball player because I am good at it.

#11 When I grow up I want to be a scientist because I want to see experiments that I make when I grow up.

#12 When I grow up I want to be a hairstylist because my mom was a hairstylist and every morning I do my own hair.  What ever my mom tries to put in my hair, I rip it out of her hands and do it myself.

#13 When I grow up I want to be a police officer and a baseball player because my dad does two things.  He builds building and he plays baseball.  I would do baseball at night.

#14 When I grow up I want to be a hairstylist and a massage therapist because it is fun.

#15 When I grow up I want to be a football player because I always wanted to because I am a good thrower and I am a good runner.

#16 When I grow up I want to be a firefighter because I like playing with hoses.
