Red Carpet treatment at the Classy Awards!

One of my favorite days of the year are the Classy Awards....Classy's for short. :)  

We get the red carpet treatment including the paparazzi.  

Once we enter the Classy's presentation begins.  

After the award ceremony, we get to watch the world premier of the Wonderful Whales end of the year DVD. 

Enjoy your summer my Wonderful Whales!  I love you all.

I've come to love you so. 

I can't believe the end is here

I hate to see you go! 

Remember all the fun we had, 

the things we learned and did!

But, most of all remember you're a very special kid! 

Last Week of School EVENTS!

Monday: First Grade Picnic
Lunch will be provided. Hotdogs, cookie, chips, and drink. If you child does not like hotdogs, please feel free to send an alternative lunch.

Tuesday: Surgical Review Day
Students will become surgeons and review all that we have learned this year.

Wednesday: Red Carpet Awards Day
Dress to impress!  Students wear their fancy clothes to walk the red carpet. After walking the red carpet we will watch a movie starring US!  Lastly, we will be presented our awards!

Thursday: LAST DAY OF SCHOOL
We will have some FUN as we spend our last day together.

Felize Cinco de Mayo

We started our fiesta with a sampling of Mexican foods!  Yummy!

Then we learned to do the Mexican Hat Dance. 

No fiesta would be complete without a pinata!
