During the week we read the Creepy series of stories. (Creepy Carrots, Creepy Underwear, and Creepy Crayon)
Mrs. Wanke taught us the strategy Somebody, Wanted, But, So, Then to retell a story. This little prompt helps us retell a fiction story. This is something we have been working on all year so far. We also learned to retell the story from a different character's point of view.
On Friday, we came back from lunch to find a Creepy Crayon at our desk! YIKES!!!
Finally, the moment we had all been waiting for....COSTUME TIME! We were so excited to put on our costumes and parade around the school.
We also had so much fun at our class party. Thank you so much to all the family members that came to our party, helped with games, brought treats and supplies. We truly appreciate you.
