We ADOPTED!

We are so excited to announce that our class adopted a 3 year old Orca Whale named Joy!  We should be getting our adoption certificates in about a week. We will be getting monthly updates about our whale.  We can't wait to track her whereabouts and learn all about her.  Check back regularly to see what Joy is doing.

Tonight in your child's writing folder will be his/her Writing Ideas Flap Book.

We have a really good start for ideas of events, things, people, and places that we can write about this year. However, we need your help to get more.  Please help us write brainstorm more ideas for each flap.  The flap books must be returned to school by Friday.
