We read the book Creepy Carrots. In the story carrots were following Jasper rabbit and he did not like it. He tried everything to get the carrots to stop following him. Finally, he built a fence to keep them away. We were challenged to build a fence with carrots and tooth picks to keep the creepy carrots away.
First we worked very hard to make plan and blue print for our fence.
Then we had to start building. This took lots of team work and perseverance. Some groups were successful and others were not. However, ALL of us learned a few things along the way!
We were very proud when we made a fence that kept the creep carrots in!
