Some more S'mores please!

We had so much fun during our camping week, but we especially loved making S'mores!  However, before Mrs. Wanke was going to let us make S'mores, we had to write step by step directions on how to make a S'mores.

To get us familiar with the idea of writing directions, Mrs. Wanke had us write directions on how to get her to climb up the pole and slide down the slide on the playground. We all thought that this was going to be simple, but this proved to be harder than expected. By Wednesday, we were ready to start writing directions  for making S'mores.

On Friday, Mrs. Wanke read our directions and tried to make a S'mores based upon on our directions.  Some of us had the perfect S'mores...others not so much.  Regardless of our directions, we all enjoyed eating this yummy campfire treat!
